We are partnering with a Global player into Industrial Adhesives to identify a Business Manager for their Rigid Packaging Adhesive vertical.CTC - 60-80 LPAFor more interesting opportunities, do follow : The role is a part of the leadership team and typically have responsibilities related to account management, sales, and profitability, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to grow and maintain existing business.- Drive revenue growth, contribution margins, and profitability in line with annual business targets.- Lead and manage key customer accounts, building long- term relationships with OEMs and allied partners.- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial segments.- Implement pricing and margin strategies using value- based selling and pricing tool.- Lead cross- functional coordination with supply chain, finance, operations, and R&D for end- to- end customer success.- Manage full P&L responsibilities, including sales forecasting, working capital, and CAPEX planning.- Coach, develop, and lead high- performing commercial teams; support recruitment and succession planning.- Ensure successful commercialization of new products and technologies in coordination with global teams.- Maintain accurate market intelligence and opportunity data using Salesforce (SFDC).- Promote a customer- centric culture and ensure service excellence and customer loyalty.- Drive innovation by aligning customer needs with R&D and technical capabilities.- Ensure compliance with internal policies and foster a culture of performance, accountability, and teamwork.Requirements:- Minimum of 10 years of industrial sales experience - preferable in Rigid Packaging adhesives or sealants or else packaging inks or sealants or any consumable product which is used in Rigid Packaging .- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills- Demonstrated strategic capabilities- Proven leadership and team building skills- Understand how to drive growth & manage complexities.- A solid grasp and knowledge of B2B marketing and its tools and how to apply them in the Industrial adhesives market- Have deep understanding of operations.
