With a team of highly skilled professionals and a comprehensive network of resources, we have been helping clients achieve exemplary turnarounds and transform their business and IT operations since 2000.Our services range from IT consulting, IT infrastructure, and workforce solutions to application services and AI consulting, all designed to help businesses stay ahead of the curve and flourish in today's rapidly mutating Business environment.For more information, please visit our website: Job Description for Business Development Manager - (Individual Contributor Role)Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Generation:Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in AI services, IT solutions, and technology consulting.Research potential clients and industry trends to uncover opportunities for AI and IT services.Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.Client Engagement:Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.Understand clients' business needs and propose tailored AI and IT solutions (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, software development, AI solutions, etc.).Conduct consultations, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Solution Selling:Sell a wide range of AI and IT services such as machine learning, cloud solutions, automation, IT infrastructure, data security, enterprise software, and more.Customize proposals based on client needs and align offerings with their digital transformation goals.Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate proposal creation and solution delivery.Negotiation & Closing:Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and pricing models.Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through to closing, ensuring effective deal closure.Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.Market Research & Strategy:Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and market conditions in AI, IT services, and the tech industry.Analyze competitors' offerings and provide feedback to help refine sales strategies.Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for AI and IT services.Collaboration:Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure alignment on client needs and service offerings.Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral for AI and IT services.Work with the project delivery team to ensure smooth handover after the deal closure, helping to define expectations and timelines.Account Management & Upselling:After securing new business, maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize long-term value.Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to expand the use of AI and IT services within existing client accounts.Ensure continuous communication with clients, resolving issues and adapting services as per changing client needs.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance metrics.Track KPIs and progress toward individual sales targets.Skills and Qualifications:Experience:Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, specifically selling AI services and IT solutions.Experience in selling complex IT services (cloud, infrastructure, managed services, cybersecurity, etc.) and AI technologies (machine learning, big data, NLP, etc.).Familiarity with sales processes and tools (CRM software, lead generation platforms, etc.)Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of AI technologies and IT solutions (cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, etc.).Ability to translate technical services into business value for clients.Sales & Communication:Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.Experience with high-level negotiations and deal closures.Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:Ability to identify business problems and suggest AI and IT-based solutions.Analytical skills to assess customer requirements and develop tailored offerings.Education:Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (preferred).Advanced certifications in AI, IT services, or sales would be a plus.Job Environment:Fast-paced environment with emphasis on meeting sales targets and deadlines.Work Location - RemoteWork Timings - US Shift - EST
