This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and O365, who can support large-scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in endpoint management and security, with a user-first mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and deploy scalable endpoint solutions across a large user base.Must-Haves: 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint managementStrong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automationDeep understanding of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and MDM policiesFamiliarity with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Group Policy, and endpoint security practices • Excellent communication and documentation skillsKey Responsibilities Endpoint Management & Deployment: Manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Entra ID, and related Microsoft solutionsAdminister Windows Autopilot with Intune policy configurationsCreate and enforce compliance policies and configuration profilesManage Windows update policies, application packaging, and deploymentsTroubleshoot and support hardware/software on Windows OSVirtual Desktop Administration: Administer Microsoft Windows 365 (Cloud PC) and Amazon WorkspacesMonitor and troubleshoot issues using Log Analytics and Endpoint AnalyticsCollaboration & Documentation: Work with IT Security, Infrastructure, and Service Desk teamsMaintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articlesRequired Skills & Qualifications Experience:2+ years with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and enterprise endpoint securityExperience with Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policies, and modern desktop managementTechnical Skills:PowerShell scripting and task automationStrong skills in Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and Office 365 administrationUnderstanding of Microsoft security patching and deploymentSoft Skills: Strong communication and documentation abilitiesNice to Have: Certifications: Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, MCSE, AWS Solutions Architect, Network+, A+Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with Zero Trust Architecture and modern endpoint securityExperience with tools like ManageEngine (Endpoint Central), Qualys VMDR, Cisco Endpoint Secure, CrowdStrikeUnderstanding of ServiceNow and FreshserviceITIL or other service management certificationsStrong grasp of network infrastructure and protocols
