Position Title: Technical Specialist - OutSystems || Immediate JoinersExperience Level: 5-8 YearsLocation: Noida/ FaridabadWork Mode: RemoteEssential ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Technical Specialist with deep expertise in OutSystems development to join our product development team.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform, with a special focus on OutSystems ODC.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA professionals to build efficient, robust, and user-centric solutions.The role involves end-to-end ownership of the product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and creating technical designs to coding, testing, and deployment.You will leverage your experience in OutSystems application development to deliver scalable and modular solutions.Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining applications while ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.As a key member of the team, you will design and implement user-friendly web and mobile interfaces, integrating front-end features with solid UI/UX practices.You are expected to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions that address these needs.Your role will also involve designing architectures and managing integrations with third-party systems or APIs.Working within an Agile framework, you will participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing technical guidance and mentorship when needed.Must have Skill set Candidates must possess strong expertise in OutSystems application development, including hands-on experience with OutSystems ODC.A solid background in developing both web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform is essential.You should be well-versed in the entire product development lifecycle, capable of translating business requirements into technical tasks and executing them with precision.Experience with version control systems such as Git, as well as an understanding of continuous integration and deployment pipelines, is required. Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong debugging skills, and effective communication are critical to ensure seamless collaboration with diverse teams.Good to have Skill setAdditional skills that will set you apart include familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.An understanding of DevOps practices and tools to facilitate continuous deployment is beneficial.Experience in UI/UX design, working with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and a background in working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) further strengthen your profile.Knowledge of integrating REST/SOAP APIs and familiarity with microservices or event-driven architecture are also valuable.Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, along with relevant OutSystems certifications or additional credentials in cloud platforms or project management, is considered an asset.About Damco:We are a global technology company with more than two decades of core IT experience.
