Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Commercial Operations & Product Launch. This role will support the successful execution of commercialization strategies, operational management, and seamless product launches within our growing pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations, cross-functional coordination, and supply chain management.First preference will be given to candidates with experience in Commercial Project Management and Commercial Logistics Documentation.Key Responsibilities:Commercial Operations Support:- Assist in executing commercialization strategies for new and existing pharmaceutical products. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory, marketing, and sales to support product launch objectives. - Manage relationships with key supply chain stakeholders including contract manufacturers, starting material suppliers, logistics partners, and testing laboratories. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and operational challenges to provide actionable insights.Product Launch Management:- Support end-to-end product launch activities to ensure timely and successful market entry. - Assist in developing launch readiness plans, ensuring alignment across departments. - Track launch progress against established KPIs and success metrics. - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.Operational Excellence:- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales operations, demand forecasting, and pricing strategies. - Support the implementation and management of data analytics platforms, and other relevant technologies. - Provide operational support for continuous process improvements.Stakeholder Management:- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational alignment. - Provide clear and timely reports to senior management on operational performance and launch progress.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations, product launches, supply chain management, or related roles. - Understanding of pharmaceutical product lifecycle, regulatory processes, and market access. - Proficiency in using commercial tools and data analytics platforms. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Preferred:- Experience in handling pharmaceutical product launches. - Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. - Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems.
