Job Role – Cluster Lead (EdTech Sales)Experience: 3 – 10 YearsNotice Period: 0-1 MonthPreferred: Education Sales Background CandidatesOpen Positions at Location: Dhanbad, Bangalore, Patna, Delhi, Chennai, Madurai, Kanpur, Allahabad, Mohali, Indore, Kangra, Gorakhpur, Bellary, Vijayawada, Agra, Sambalpur, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur, Nagpur, Tirupati, Trivandrum (PAN India)JD for Cluster Lead-Techbee Sourcing:Plan and execute various Sourcing activities in the district/ClusterDeveloping leads and networking with key stakeholders in the district like the government, education institutions, etc. in the stateExploring collaboration in the district with Government Departments like Education, Employment, Skilling, Welfare etc. for candidate sourcing, assessmentVisit and Network with schools and junior/intermediate colleges for sourcing of candidatesShould Counsel Principals, candidates, Parents, and other stakeholders and get the candidates for assessments and further onboardingRegular reporting of assessments, Interview scheduling, conduct of versant in the district levelShould be good at handling data managementVerification and sharing of timely data and reports for the respective district/clusterEnsuring the District/Cluster target for TechBee cohorts are achievedOrganize workshops for various stakeholders like principals, District Education Officials, other department officials in the district, parents and other stakeholdersResponsible for ensuring the achievement of Cluster/District onboarding targetsCo-ordination with banks and partnered financial institutions for candidate’s loan process at District levelParticipate in events organised by Government and other stakeholdersEnsure all data are captured in the system/monitoring tool that is being usedTravelling to various locations to tie up with NGO’s/ schools for outreach and creating awareness and conduct of assessmentsAny other works as assigned by the reporting manager or the organizationAssisting the potential eligible candidates in filling and completing application on NPFCounselling of the candidates and their parents on TechBee programScheduling and conducting assessments for candidatesCoordinating with the candidates for appearing in the interviewStandard InformationWork from Office , 6 working days in a weekOn Field visit to cluster region – 3-4 days in a week. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company upon timely submission of bills with necessary approvals.
