We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. You will be responsible for overseeing our design projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with our brand identity and business goals. ResponsibilitiesFostering a collaborative and creative environment to ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions.Oversee and direct all aspects of design projects, including brochures, posters, danglers , catalogues, and packaging, ensuring they reflect the brand's aesthetic and messaging.Develop innovative and visually appealing website creatives, banners, and digital assets that enhance user engagement and support marketing campaigns.Drive the development of packaging designs from initial concept through to final production, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards.Provide strategic input and creative direction for keyline dimensions and monocarton designs, optimizing visual impact and functionality.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to continuously innovate and maintain the brand's competitive edge.QualificationsProven experience as a graphic designer preferably in the beauty / cosmetics industry/ Advertisement Agency with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design expertise.Proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe premier, CDR, Photoshop, Making 3D Makeup and AI. Should be an independent ideator.Knowledge of Photoshoot and printing will be an advantage. Strong project management abilities, including prioritization, time management, and adherence to deadlines.Job Location - Netaji Subhash Place6 Days Working (Only Second Saturday off)
