We’re not just a drink—we’re a vibe.We're looking for a Sales Manager who gets this vibe, and has the grit and network to help us place Poptail on every menu that matters.Role OverviewAs our Sales Manager – HoReCa, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and building lasting relationships in the HoReCa segment, with a sharp focus on college canteens, QSRs, and small-format cafés. You’ll identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and own the end-to-end sales funnel—from prospecting to closing and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and onboard new HoReCa clients, especially in college campuses, food courts, and fast-casual chainsManage relationships with QSRs, college canteen operators, and beverage procurement teamsDrive visibility and placement of Poptail in high-footfall outletsWork with distributors and wholesalers to ensure supply and fulfillmentNegotiate trade terms, pricing, and POS activationsMonitor performance and sales data, and report on growth opportunitiesBe the eyes and ears on the ground—bring insights from customers back to product and marketing teamsRequirements3+ years of experience in beverage sales or FMCG, with a focus on the HoReCa channelProven relationships with QSRs, café chains, or college canteens (or similar)Hustler mindset—hands-on, field-oriented, and customer-firstStrong negotiation and communication skillsDeep understanding of sales metrics and a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsPassion for youth culture, Gen Z trends, and all things beverageNice to HaveExperience working with a startup or launching a new product categoryExisting network in [target cities or zones]Exposure to BTL marketing and on-ground activationsPerksBe part of a bold, high-growth startup disrupting the beverage spaceWork with a young, creative team that’s building something fun and freshAttractive variable incentives linked to sales performanceTo Apply:WhatsApp us at +91 8744041237 with your CV and a quick note on why you think Poptail fits your vibe or fill this form
