We value creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for transforming spaces into beautiful, functional environments.Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Draughtsman to prepare accurate and clear structural drawings for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with structural engineers to translate design concepts and calculations into detailed technical drawings for construction.Key Responsibilities:·       Prepare detailed structural drawings and reinforcement detailing using AutoCAD and/or Revit.·       Draft structural plans, sections, elevations, and connection details for RCC, steel, and masonry structures.·       Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and applicable codes.·       Revise and update drawings as per engineer’s markups and project changes.·       Collaborate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure coordinated drawings.·       Maintain drawing documentation, file versions, and drawing logs.·       Assist in quantity take-offs, bar bending schedules (BBS), and shop drawings if required.·       Participate in project meetings and site visits for data collection or clarification.Requirements:·       Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering / Draftsmanship or related field.·       2-8 years of experience in structural drafting (entry-level roles may require internship experience only).·       Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit Structure is an advantage.·       Strong knowledge of RCC detailing, steel structures, and foundation systems.·       Familiarity with structural drawing standards such as IS codes or BS/ACI codes depending on region.·       Good understanding of construction techniques and materials.·       Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:·       Experience in preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).·       Familiarity with BIM-based workflows.·       Exposure to structural modeling software (e.g., Tekla, STAAD, ETABS) is a plus.Career Path:This position offers growth toward roles such as Senior Structural Draughtsman, Detailing Coordinator, or eventually Structural Designer, with experience and further qualifications.
