Explore our collections and learn more about our legacy on our website.  Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong customer relationships. You should have a deep understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, calling existing / old clients and follow up with client meetingsPresent, promote, and sell products / services using requirement-based sales to be existing and prospective customersAchieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionCoordinate sales efforts with sales and other department team membersKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsSubmit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trendsRequirements:Proven work experience of at least 5 to 6 years as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in an ultra-high end jewellery / luxury goods retail salesStrong knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho)Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in salesExcellent selling, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackAbility to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications:1.     Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field2.     Candidates from Jewellery / luxury goods background will be preferred3.     Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory)
