Position Overview The Head of Performance Marketing will lead global paid media strategy creation and control extensive advertising budgets along with managing performance marketers across multiple platforms. The position necessitates extensive knowledge of data analytics together with media buying, audience targeting and creative testing while demonstrating leadership skills and maintaining a focus on growth.Key Responsibilities Implement a multi-channel performance marketing approach on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, YouTube), TikTok, LinkedIn, and new advertising networks.Develop a successful team of media buyers and performance marketing specialists through leadership and mentorship.Oversee substantial monthly advertising budgets in the range of 6–7 million USD while optimizing key performance indicators such as CAC and ROAS alongside LTV and other metrics.Manage campaign testing while analyzing performance through attribution tracking and optimizing continuously.Work together with teams from Creative, Product, Data, and Content departments to achieve full-funnel alignment.Stay informed about shifts on digital platforms and observe market movements alongside competitive information to promote innovative solutions and operational efficiency.Provide performance insights and strategic recommendations directly to the CMO.Requirements Candidates must bring a minimum of 5 years of performance marketing experience to the table with 2 years in leadership positions.Demonstrated success in leading and improving paid advertising campaigns in worldwide markets.The candidate should demonstrate comprehensive knowledge about Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other key digital advertising platforms.The ability to analyze data effectively along with knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and attribution platforms like Segment and Mixpanel as well as A/B testing methods.Applicants must demonstrate outstanding English language skills together with experience in international teams or remote work environments.Focus on data analysis and take action through experimentation to achieve measurable results.Experience working with direct-to-consumer brands or SaaS companies or fast-growing startups serves as a significant benefit.What We Offer Competitive salary (USD-based) + performance-based bonuses.
