Job Overview:We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Instructional Designers to collaborate with us on a long-term content development project. The role involves reviewing and enhancing educational content in line with our instructional guidelines, as well as participating in quality control through peer review. Key Responsibilities:• Review and correct instructional content (First Round - SB Review) based on provided POC input materials and project guidelines.• Structure the learning content to ensure clarity, engagement, and instructional effectiveness.• Participate in Peer Reviews (Second Round) to evaluate fellow IDs’ content, providing constructive feedback and ensuring final content quality.• Adhere to provided checklists and follow the project workflow consistently.• Meet defined deadlines and maintain high-quality output. Requirements:• Proven experience in Instructional Design, curriculum development, or content writing in an eLearning or academic setting.• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.• Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and content flow.• Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback.• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple units independently.• Familiarity with digital content formats (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
