This role involves leading a team of Instructional Leaders and Subject Experts, ensuring high-fidelity curriculum implementation, and enabling capacity building of educators through continuous support and training. The Academic Manager will also coordinate cross-departmentally to uphold the academic vision and drive student learning outcomes.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Curriculum ImplementationOversee the effective execution of the NatureNurture curriculum across multiple partner schools.Set benchmarks for curriculum delivery and classroom effectiveness aligned with academic goals.Collaborate with Curriculum Developers and Instructional Leaders to ensure instructional coherence and quality.2. Academic Leadership and Team ManagementLead, mentor, and manage a team of Instructional Leaders and Subject Matter Experts.Facilitate professional development plans, feedback loops, and growth tracks for the academic team.Organize monthly reviews and planning sessions to align field execution with organizational strategy.3. School Engagement and Relationship ManagementServe as the primary academic liaison for school leaders, coordinators, and stakeholders.Conduct academic audits, reviews, and presentations for partner schools.Address academic challenges proactively and ensure timely communication and resolution.4. Quality Assurance and Data-Driven ImprovementMonitor academic indicators including student assessments, teaching quality, and curriculum adherence.Analyze performance data to inform instructional strategies and program enhancements.Conduct observation-based evaluations to identify gaps and initiate improvement plans.5. Professional Development & Teacher Capacity BuildingDesign and oversee delivery of large-scale training workshops, both in-person and virtual.Implement coaching structures that include classroom observations, feedback sessions, and demo lessons.Curate teacher resource kits and toolkits for differentiated instruction.6.
