Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our web applications, CRM systems, and other software products.Key Responsibilities:Review technical design documents and requirements to provide timely and constructive feedback.Identify, document, and track software defects using standardized bug tracking tools.Conduct thorough testing of web applications, mobile applications, and CRM systems.Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved effectively.Validate fixes and ensure the functionality and stability of the software before deployment.Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before going live.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in software testing or QA role.Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Selenium).Knowledge of web technologies and CRM systems.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Strong communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and within a team.
