Job Summary:This role is open for a Pre-opening luxury property. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and profitability of the hotel. The GM will oversee all aspects of operations, including guest services, F&B, sales & marketing, financial performance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in luxury hospitality, with a strong preference for professionals.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to establish and implement the hotel’s strategic goals, aligning with the brand’s standards and market positioning.Operational Management: Oversee daily hotel operations including rooms, front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards, analyzing guest feedback, and implementing service improvements.Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies to achieve revenue targets, optimize costs, and maximize profitability.Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive room sales, banquet sales, and F&B promotions. Contribute to developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.Staff Development: Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety, and hygiene standards, including health and safety protocols.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, vendors, and the local community.Brand Standards: Implement and uphold the hotel brand’s policies, procedures, and standards across all departments.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and service enhancements through innovation and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Pre-opening experience will be an addition.Strong preference for candidates currently serving as F&B Directors at renowned hotel companies in India.Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving financial targets.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Knowledge of local market trends and regulatory requirements.
