As a Pre-Sales QA Specialist, you will be responsible for testing our AI-powered voicebots and virtual assistants to ensure they function seamlessly before deployment. You will work closely with the pre-sales, product, and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring an optimal user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct end-to-end testing of Gen AI voice bots across various scenarios to ensure the model responds accurately to a wide variety of voice inputsIdentify areas where the bot’s conversational abilities can be improved; document and report bugs or inconsistencies in voice bot responses or workflowsValidate voicebot performance, language understanding, and user experience across various used cases and environmentVoice Quality Testing: Assess the clarity, tone, and naturalness of the voicebot’s synthesized speech. Ensure the voicebot sounds natural and validate any voice-related anomalies or bugsIdentify and test edge cases such as unexpected inputs, unclear commands, or non-standard speech patterns (e.g., accents, slang) to ensure they are handled appropriatelyCollaborate with the pre-sales team to simulate real-world customer interactions.Maintain test cases, test plans, and other QA documentation.Ensure the voicebot aligns with business use cases and client requirements before demos and trials.Provide feedback to developers and suggest improvements to enhance voicebot accuracy and efficiency.Work in a fast-paced, agile environment to meet project deadlines.Required Skills & Qualifications1-2 years of experience in software QA/testing, preferably with voicebots or AI-driven applications.Strong command of both English and Hindi for linguistic and functional testing.Understanding of voicebot frameworks, LLM & NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts.Hands-on experience with writing test cases and experience with testing methodologiesAnalytical mindset with keen attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think from a user’s perspectiveAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent.Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools (optional but preferred)About Gnani.ai Gnani.ai is a Gen AI-based startup that is working on voice and chat based solutions for large businesses.
