If you prioritize results over fluff, Marketing Lab is the place for you.Role DescriptionWe’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Video Editor to join our in-house team!If you're passionate about creating scroll-stopping Meta Ad creatives, UGC content, Social Media Reels, and more, this is your chance to grow with a high-performance creative team. What You’ll Be Doing:Editing high-quality UGC-style videos, Social Media Reels (Instagram, Facebook), and Meta AdsDesigning short GIFs for Meta Ads/Social Media and promotionsCollaborating with our creative and marketing teams to bring brand stories to lifeKeeping up with trends in music, transitions, hooks, and storytelling formatsMust-Have Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Premiere ProExperience editing for Meta Ad creatives, GIFs, and UGC formatsStrong sense of visual rhythm, pacing, typography, and platform-specific formatsBonus Skills (Nice to Have):Knowledge of Adobe After EffectsExperience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, or logo animationsSound design & sync skillsRequirements:Must be available to work in-officePortfolio showcasing your Video Editing is mandatory.
