First-class or equivalent at the preceding degree with an excellent academic record throughout.Required Experience:Minimum of 5 years of distinguished experience in teaching, training, research, and publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals.Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching, engage with students, and continuously evaluate teaching methods to improve student outcomes. Conduct impactful research in the fields of healthcare marketing, finance, communication, pharmaceuticals, development sectors, and related areas. Publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals and actively engage in consulting projects. Contribute to the design, development, and enrichment of the curriculum to ensure it remains relevant, current, and innovative. Participate in developing and delivering executive education and training programs for healthcare professionals. Actively engage in professional development activities to enhance faculty skills and expertise. Provide mentorship and guidance to students, supporting their academic growth and career progression. Assist in student recruitment and placement activities by participating in outreach efforts and collaborating with the placement cell. Engage in resource mobilization activities to support university initiatives.
