Emerging from stealth mode, we're in pursuit of an enthusiastic Market Research Intern to assist with olve conducting comprehensive market research, designing and administering surveys, conducting customer interviews, gathering and analyzing data, compiling insightful market reports, and creating compelling presentations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delving into market dynamics, exploring consumer behaviors, and contributing to strategic insights that drive business decisions. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in market analysis and strategic planning within a dynamic and innovative environment.Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead our efforts in creating engaging technical and non-technical content across multiple channels to build awareness and drive adoption of our DPDPA compliance solutions. You will play a key role in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, from business leaders and compliance officers to tech professionals.How Your Day Will Look LikeDevelop, plan, and execute marketing strategies tailored for DPDPA compliance and data privacy awareness.Create diverse content types — blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, social media posts, case studies, presentations, and videos — that simplify complex regulatory concepts.Collaborate with product, legal, and sales teams to translate technical details into easy-to-understand messaging.Conduct market and competitor research to identify key trends, customer pain points, and opportunities.Manage campaigns on digital channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, email marketing, and industry forums.Analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize engagement and conversion.Engage with industry stakeholders, clients, and thought leaders to build Concur’s brand reputation in the compliance ecosystem.QualificationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; Master’s preferred.2-4 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in data privacy, regulatory compliance, or SaaS domains.Proven expertise in creating both technical and non-technical marketing content.Strong understanding of DPDPA or other data privacy regulations is a big plus.Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and analyzing analytics tools.SkillsExcellent writing and storytelling skills, capable of tailoring tone and style to different audiences.Strong research ability to grasp technical subjects and regulatory frameworks quickly.Strategic mindset with project management and multitasking skills.Familiarity with SEO best practices, email marketing, and content management systems.Proficient in data-driven decision making and marketing analytics.Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and working independently.Tools You’ll UseWriting & Editing: ChatGPT, Grammarly, Microsoft Word, Google DocsContent Creation & Design: Canva, PowerPoint, video editing basics (optional)Research & CRM: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Forms, HubSpot (or similar)Analytics & Campaigns: Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager, email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)Salary ExpectationsCompetitive monthly salary based on experience and skillset.Range: 70k-120k/month (2 years-5 Years)Opportunity for growth within a fast-scaling startup.
