Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling CPaaS or SaaS-based services to mid-market and enterprise clients. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:Drive new business opportunities through outbound efforts, referrals, and strategic partnerships.Understand client requirements and position our CPaaS/SaaS solutions accordingly.Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiations.Collaborate with internal tech, product, and marketing teams to tailor solutions for clients.Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking activities to build brand presence.Requirements:3-4 years of proven B2B sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in CPaaS or SaaS agency environment.Deep understanding of communication APIs (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, etc.) or SaaS services.Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales skills.Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Experience managing long sales cycles and enterprise-level accounts.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:.Understanding of carrier integrations, compliance, and pricing models in CPaaS.Exposure to marketing automation, customer engagement platforms, or cloud communications.What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesDynamic and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for career advancement and professional growth
