In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound and inbound strategies. You’ll play a vital role in expanding our pipeline and supporting the business development and sales teams.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, company databases, job boards, and web toolsInitiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate qualified leadsMaintain and update lead data in CRM systems and track outreach effectivenessCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and outreach messagingNurture leads by delivering relevant information and addressing initial questionsConduct market research to understand customer personas, trends, and decision-making processesSchedule meetings or demos for the sales team with high-potential leadsAchieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targetsQualifications:1–5 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar roleStrong knowledge of B2B lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to conduct market research and identify qualified prospectsBasic understanding of CRM systems and lead nurturing workflowsResults-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skillsSelf-starter who can work independently in a remote work setupBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
