Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to join Gameit, a leading startup building AI-powered gamified tools for children’s. The ideal candidate will work closely with game developers, data scientists, and clinicians to build AI systems that personalise learning, identify cognitive patterns, and enhance gameplay.Required Skills & QualificationsBSc or MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.2–5 years of experience in applied ML/AI projectsStrong proficiency in:Python, PyTorch or TensorFlowScikit-learn, HuggingFace Transformers (for NLP if needed)Reinforcement Learning (e.g., PPO, DQN, or curriculum learning frameworks)Experience in designing and evaluating personalized recommendation engines or adaptive learning systems.Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, and time-series modeling.Experience with Azure ML, Cognitive Services, or equivalent cloud-based ML solutions.Experience integrating ML models into production APIs Familiarity with A/B testing and model evaluation in real-user environments.Preferred ExperienceExperience deploying AI in game engine.Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD for models, monitoring, version control for models).Bonus TraitsPassion for using AI for social good and child empowerment.Strong interdisciplinary communication skills (can translate technical work into educational or clinical value).Demonstrated ability to work in a startup environment (agile, resourceful, impact-driven).
