Role Summary:Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Analytics Analyst who can leverage data to drive marketing success. The role is to directly report to Head of Marketing for our client. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights that will directly influence marketing strategy and execution. The Analyst needs to work closely with marketing leadership to conduct a wide range of analytical projects, from campaign and keyword optimization to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) development and full-funnel performance analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical prowess in data analytics, exposure to Gen AI, coupled with exceptional communication skills and a keen marketing business acumen. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Analytics & Insights:Partner with marketing leadership to define analytical projects and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions for campaign optimization, keyword targeting, and channel performance.Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) through rigorous data analysis.Conduct comprehensive funnel analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates across all stages.Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and clickstream data to enhance user experience and website performance.Perform sales analytics to understand the impact of marketing activities on revenue generation and customer acquisition.Data Analysis & Modeling:Work with both structuredFamiliarity with machine learning concepts and libraries.Understanding of Generative AI concepts and potential applications in marketing.Experience with website analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).Knowledge of clickstream data analysis.Ability to automate analytical workflows and reporting.Analytical & Business Skills:Strong marketing business acumen and understanding of core marketing principles and KPIs.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to work independently and proactively define project requirements in the absence of formal documentation.Quality-conscious mindset with a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable results.Highly responsive to business needs and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex analytical findings to senior executives in a clear and compelling manner.Strong presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
