IME is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales person to join our team. This role will be pivotal in reaching out to potential clients to promote and sell our products or solutions/services and supporting the sales process .Job Description:The BD-Sales will be responsible for generating leads and be the first contact with prospective clients, educating them on our products/services, scheduling follow-up meetings for the sales team and will be responsible for conversion of Sales as per personal sales target. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to qualify leads and close sales.Responsibilities:Generate leads, initiate cold calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.Handle inbound calls , address customer inquiries, provide solutions and close sales. Track and follow up on leads, ensuring all prospects are contacted in a timely manner.Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly with interaction details.Meet or exceed assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.Should be able to close large ticket size deals.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and sales skillsAble to make Sales pitches .Ability to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Familiarity with CRM software and basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).Proven Sales track record and exposure to large ticket size salesSelf starter who is able to take responsibility .Minimum 4 to 5  years of B2B sales in Education or Skill development ProgramMinimum 2 year of experience working in a Remote setupBackground Check mandatory.Education: Graduation/PG-Sales/Marketing
