(Website)Shift timing- 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST( 6 AM PST to 3 PM PST)It’s Permanent Work from HomeWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Junior Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and satisfaction, maximizing customer lifetime value, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success at all stages of the customer journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, possesses strong leadership skills, and has a proven track record in driving customer success in a B2B environment.Responsibilities:Ensure value delivery to customers on a weekly or biweekly basis.Raise support tickets, follow up with engineers, and keep customers updated.Follow up with customers to ensure they complete their assigned tasks.Assign and track tasks for ongoing projects.Assist with direct software integrations.Send notification reminders as needed.Ensure timely renewals of customer contracts.Support and contribute to customer success initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering.Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar customer-facing role in a B2B environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.Goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding customer success targets.Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products or services.Experience in the SaaS industry or working with technology solutions is a plus.Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success.If you are interested to apply for this role.
