Join us to challenge yourself and accomplish work that mattersTechnical Recruiter.Min 2+Multiple PositionsImplement full lifecycle recruiting strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams.Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to assess and determine hiring needs.Develop job-specific recruiting plans, including interview questions and candidate assessments.Attract applicants through job postings and advertisements, working with the Sr. Manager of TA.Manage the interview process using ATS and automation, ensuring a seamless experience.Oversee pre-employment programs, background checks, and reference checks, supporting offer extensions.Source passive candidates via online tools, networking channels, and industry connections.Strengthen talent branding through events, campus recruiting, and industry networking initiatives.Maintain accurate job and candidate data within ATS, generating reports for leadership.Support professional development, project work, and onboarding while assisting leadership as needed.Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
