(Website)Recognized by Gartner as one of the most innovative AI/ML players in SaaS management and named a Leader in Innovation & Platform Play by GigaOm, CloudEagle is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.About the role:We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.Shift timing- 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM ISTPERMANENT WORK FROM HOMERoles & Responsibilities :Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Account Executive teamDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presenceOwn recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representativesBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Requirements and skillsHas minimum 10 years of overall sales experience, with the last 3 years focused on managing and leading sales teams.Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsExperience running data-driven experimentation and have an outstanding track record of leveraging sales tools to drive outsized outcomesWhat We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
