Interior Designer – Full-time / InternshipLocation: Bangalore – Hennur | Whitefield | SarjapurShift Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM | Weekly Off: MondayLanguages: Kannada (mandatory), English/Hindi (preferred)We are hiring for an upcoming interior design brand expanding across Bangalore with outlets in Hennur, Whitefield, and Sarjapur. The company offers design and execution services for both home and commercial interior projects.We are looking for creative, client-focused individuals – both freshers and experienced designers – who are passionate about interior design and confident in interacting with clients.Candidates with an interest in sales and client handling will enjoy better compensation and a strong incentive structure.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and plan interiors for both residential and commercial spacesMeet with clients to understand their needs, taste, space layout, and budgetPrepare 2D/3D mockups, visual boards, and project presentationsWork closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfactionCoordinate with vendors, execution teams, and internal staff for smooth deliveryProvide accurate quotes and manage project documentation and timelinesKeep up with current interior design trends, styles, and material optionsConvert leads into projects through effective consultation and relationship-buildingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field (preferred; not mandatory for interns)0–3 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design (Freshers welcome)Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop is a plusStrong design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSales-oriented mindset and ability to handle client interactions confidently is a major advantageFluency in Kannada is mandatoryCompensationFull-time (Experienced): Competitive salary + performance-based incentives for client engagement and closuresInternship (Freshers): ₹15,000/month (Paid Internship) with possible full-time conversion
