You will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through property buying, selling, or leasing processes, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer journey. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their real estate journey—from inquiry to closure and after-sales service. Understand client requirements (residential/commercial) and recommend suitable properties accordingly. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Schedule and conduct property viewings, site visits, and follow-ups. Coordinate with sales, legal, operations, and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Handle client queries and concerns efficiently, providing regular updates and maintaining transparency. Maintain a detailed database of all client interactions, preferences, and transaction history using CRM tools. Assist in post-sale relationship management including documentation support, possession updates, and grievance redressal. Generate feedback and testimonials from satisfied clients to strengthen the brand's credibility. Help identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling (e.g., investment properties, referrals). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or CRM—preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with property regulations, documentation, and basic legal processes in real estate. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or any real estate-specific tool). Preferred Skills: Experience in luxury, residential, or commercial real estate client handling. Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and pricing strategies.
