We don’t just back ideas — we back builders, side-by-side, from Day 0 to Demo Day and beyond.Role OverviewWe’re hiring aBrand & Marketing Managerto craft and execute the voice, feel, and presence of Tavastra across spaces, screens, and socials. This person will own the brand across spatial experience, merchandise, and ongoing PR/social visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Ownership:Manage the visual identity and experience of the Tavastra brand across physical and digital assets. Spatial Experience:Lead brand deployment across our rotating residency spaces, including signage, set design, and in-program presence. Merchandise:Design and execute high-quality, functional merchandise for founders, mentors, and investors. PR & Social Calendar:Own the annual brand and communication calendar — from press to partnerships, event presence to campaigns. Team Leadership:Collaborate with content, video, and design partners to maintain consistency and creative freshness.What You’ll Need5–8 years in brand strategy, experiential design, or startup marketing. Strong visual instinct and ability to translate brand into experience. Prior experience working across physical environments (events, sets, residencies) is a major plus.
