Job Description – Sales Officer (Tamil Nadu Region) We are inviting applications from candidates who aspire to build a stable and progressive career in the Agri-Inputs Industry . Ideal candidates will possess a strong blend of agricultural knowledge and sales enthusiasm. Position : Sales Officer Location : Trichy- Tamil Nadu Industry : Agri-Biotechnology / Agri-Inputs Experience : Relevant experience in agri-input sales preferred Roles and Responsibilities: Achieve assigned sales targets in alignment with the annual business plan. Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks within the designated territory to drive business growth. Ensure availability and promotion of all SKUs across the assigned market area. Submit daily sales and collection reports to the respective Team Leader. Conduct regular audits of distributors and dealers to assess market potential and competitor activity to shape effective sales strategies. Ensure complete market coverage through strategic, focused, and results-driven field activities. Organize and support farmer engagement initiatives , including promotional and developmental activities . Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in Agriculture or related field (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Passion for sustainable agriculture and innovation
