Our mission is to make mechanisation affordable & accessible to millions of Small Businesses in India. We are looking for a Business Development Executive for our Durgapur office. Here's a breakdown of their key responsibilities and the key skills we are looking for in the candidate. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term category strategies within the category. Partner & onboard all the leading brands and suppliers for this category. Product Lifecycle Management: Identify and introduce new products related to the category to meet market demands. Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions. Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers. Negotiate contracts and ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior managers. Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and preferences. Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality products and services. Key Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Data analysis and interpretation skills Project management and organizational skills Experience- 2+ years CTC- Upto 5lpa (also not a constraint for the right candidate) Note- Candidates from Durgapur and nearby locations will be considered first
