Purpose of the Job:Lead strategic planning and planned support for the management of affiliates and to strengthen and maintain engagement across affiliates. ( Survey, analyze and strategize at corporate level )Dive in and provide practical and hands on support to affiliates that are struggling to improve associate engagementLead the associates’ insights center to provide ALJ leaders with the associates’ feedback related to different projects.Major Activities:Associate Engagement Strategy: Translate the overall company and people strategy to create a long-term associate engagement strategyCulture Transformation: Influence, Identify and guide in implementing high-impact projects in creating a consistent culture aligned to the identified cultural dimensionsCultivate Survey: Sponsor the cultivate survey administration and analysis.Aligning executive leadership: Present the Cultivate survey findings to the executive leadership at Board Meeting.Embedding Engagement: Embed the concept of engagement across the company by working closely and partnering with SLT to implement key corporate-level initiativesProvide support on Engagement: Provide practical and hands on support to affilates that are struggling to plan and implement necessary measures to improve associate engagementCulture Handbook: Lead the project in creating a simple, easy-to-use, aligned, and impactful handbook to educate all associates on the cultural practices and the expected behaviorsStrategic Planning Sessions: Host sessions to devise strategies for enhancing associate engagement and gathering stakeholder input and suggestions.Collaboration with HR Development: Establish a cooperative framework with the HR Development section to promote associate growth, holding regular discussions.Associate Experience Annual Budget: Create the annual budget for the department in collaboration with the CHR&K Planning Department and Finance Department.Liaison with Internal Communication: Strengthen ties with the Internal Communication section to effectively disseminate activity details and strategies.Cooperation with Culture Development: Forge a close collaboration with the Culture Development section to initiate and promote joint initiatives for corporate cultural creation and sharing.Regular 1 on1 Meetings with Subordinates: Conduct regular 1on1 meetings with direct reports, offering feedback and support.Annual Performance Evaluation Process: Lead the process of evaluating the performance of affiliate companies and direct reports, planning for improvement measures and training based on the results.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related fieldMinimum Experience:Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role or equivalent.Language:English, Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and convey complex ideas to various audiences.
