Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced, highly driven General Manager – Operations to oversee and optimize all operational aspects of our business. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, scale operations, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Operations ManagementDrive end-to-end operations across all locations/kitchens/outlets.Plan and execute expansion strategies and new market entries.Build scalable systems and processes to support business growth.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including kitchen staff, delivery operations, customer service, and support functions.Implement performance metrics and drive accountability across the board.Customer Experience & Quality ControlMaintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Supply Chain & InventoryOversee procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics.Ensure cost-effective sourcing and minimal wastage.Technology & AutomationWork closely with tech teams to optimize order management, delivery integration, and operational dashboards.Leverage analytics for data-driven decision making.Financial ManagementMonitor P&L, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure profitability across units.Forecast budgets, control expenditures, and report on performance metrics.Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with FSSAI, labor laws, fire safety, and other statutory regulations.Qualifications & Skills:8–12 years of experience in F&B, QSR, cloud kitchen, or hospitality operations.Proven track record in scaling operations and managing multi-location teams.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
