The successful candidate will be responsible for building a high-performance team and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for delivering the defined target & desired growth of his region by leading a team of EXECUTIVEs month wise /qtr wise.Ensure all Areas are meeting the sales objectives.Build a high performance team.Lead the team to achieve the organizational objectives through proper goal setting, guidance, motivation & coaching.Identify the talents in the market & then fill up the vacancy in the shortest possible time.Develop a set of key opinion leaders in the area and create a good business relationship with these customers.Meet high value doctors and corporate and build long term relationship.Manage brand equity and awareness amongst targeted customers.Participate in strategy meetings & provide inputs to marketing department regarding the strategy.Work on the motivation & competence of the team and lead the team of EXECUTIVE.Conduct CMEs/ SMALL ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION with KOL’s and assist/guide Executives for conducting the same in future for creating a solid customer bank.Extensive traveling within the area in order to get market insights from the total territory.Track competition activities regularly.Regular and timely reporting to relevant internal stakeholders. QualificationsMBA/M Com/B ComRequired SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in sales and business development.Ability to analyze market trends and competition. Preferred SkillsExperience in the healthcare industry.Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.Advanced degree in a relevant field.
