Job Description

Position Overview As a Case Manager, you will play a key role in supporting legal professionals and ensuring the smooth processing of client files. This position involves direct client communication, document and deadline management, form completion, legal drafting, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and experienced in managing sensitive information in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.  Key Responsibilities ∙Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. ∙Manage and monitor email accounts and ensure timely responses. ∙Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and meetings in the firm calendar. ∙Maintain and update client records in the database accurately. ∙Take, record, and reconcile payments from clients. ∙Complete and review immigration application forms with a high level of accuracy. ∙Work with online government portals (IRCC, GCKey, etc.) to submit and track applications. ∙Monitor case deadlines and send reminders to clients and internal staff. ∙Conduct legal research as directed by lawyers or consultants. ∙Communicate with clients by email and phone to request documents, provide updates, or relay legal advice. ∙Draft legal submissions and supporting documentation based on case strategy. ∙Prepare legal service agreements and other client contracts.  ∙Contribute to social media content creation (e.g., updates, tips, client success stories). ∙Research and write informative articles on immigration topics for publication on our blog or newsletter.  Required Skills & Qualifications Language & Communication ∙Fluent in English with a polite and professional phone manner. ∙Exceptional written communication skills, including grammar and clarity. Cultural Competency ∙Demonstrated ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds. ∙Comfortable communicating with individuals who speak English as a second language and may have varying accents. Technical Skills ∙Proficient in: oWindows Operating System oAdobe Acrobat/Reader oGoogle Docs oMicrosoft Excel and Word oDropbox Other Requirements ∙Basic math skills for handling payments and invoices. ∙Strong organizational and time management skills. ∙Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.  Work Environment & Physical Requirements ∙Remote work setup: must have a reliable high-speed internet connection. ∙Quiet, professional work environment free of background noise. ∙Confidentiality is essential—client data must not be visible or audible to others during your working hours.Shift-US shiftSalary-4.5-4.8LPA
