About the Role:We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive individual to lead social media and community partnerships at The Bare Bar. This cross-functional role sits at the heart of our brand's external voice — spanning Instagram DMs to offline event collabs — and is ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful connections, managing multiple channels, and executing authentic brand activations.Key Responsibilities:Partnerships & Collaborations:Identify and pursue brand-aligned partnerships with other D2C, wellness, sustainable, or lifestyle brands.Build and nurture a community of conscious consumers, creators, and brand partners through both digital and offline engagement.Plan and execute co-branded events, DIY workshops, wellness pop-ups, and cross-promotional campaigns that reflect the brand’s values.Coordinate giveaways, seasonal collaborations, and storytelling-driven collabs that build brand equity and deepen community connection.Maintain relationships with partner brands, creators, cafes, wellness centers, and other community stakeholders.Social Media Management:Oversee day-to-day management of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.Collaborate with design/copy teams to plan and publish posts, Reels, and stories.Monitor comments and DMs across platforms; ensure timely, brand-aligned responses.Track engagement metrics and provide monthly reports on content performance.Influencer Marketing:Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with nano, micro, and macro influencers.Coordinate content briefs, barter deals, and campaign timelines.Maintain a structured database of creators and performance metrics.Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand tone and campaign goals.Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships (D2C or lifestyle preferred).Passion for natural beauty, wellness, and sustainability.Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-through skills.Ability to write thoughtful, brand-aligned communication (emails, DMs, captions).Proven ability to manage multiple platforms and partner touchpoints simultaneously.Bonus: Experience executing offline events, pop-ups, or collabs.
