This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with 1-3 years of experience looking to develop their skills and contribute to a variety of design projects. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with senior designers to create visually compelling materials for both digital and print platforms.Roles & Responsibilities: Create engaging and effective visual content for multiple platforms.Develop branding packages for clients: logos, collaterals and merchandise.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities to ensure our designs are fresh, innovative, and competitive.Maintain and organize a comprehensive digital library of design assets.Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographicsReview junior designers’ work to ensure high qualityRefine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design softwareGenerate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/servicesStay up-to-date with industry developments and toolsSkills Needed: Branding/Brand identityDesign PrintDesign IllustrationTypographyApplicant Must: Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar rolePortfolio of completed design projectsHands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorProficient in design software (e.g. InDesign and Balsamiq)Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layoutsAttention to visual detailsAbility to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
