This internship offers hands-on experience in headhunting, leadership hiring support, market mapping, and talent research across diverse industries and functions.You will work closely with senior consultants and leadership hiring experts to understand client mandates, source high-potential candidates, perform compensation studies, and assist in strategic recruitment projects.Key Responsibilities:Support leadership hiring and headhunting assignments across multiple industriesConduct talent mapping and market research on organizational structures and key talent poolsAssist in developing compensation benchmarks and competitor intelligence reportsCreate and maintain candidate pipelines using sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage recruitment coordination tasksParticipate in internal brainstorming and strategy sessions for key mandatesDocument search progress and maintain trackers and dashboardsQualifications:Interest or background in Recruitment, Executive Search, or Human ResourcesStrong research and analytical skills with a flair for insights and storytellingExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with job boards/LinkedInAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced remote setupCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fieldWhat You’ll Gain:Deep exposure to real-world hiring practices, headhunting strategies, and market researchUnderstanding of leadership hiring processes and compensation analysisMentorship from experienced talent acquisition professionalsCertificate of Completion + Performance-based Recommendation + Stipend (post-project)
