About the Role:We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Chief of Staff to support our Founder & CEO—an engineering-focused leader with a deep background in technology and product development. This role is ideal for someone who can operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication, helping convert the founder’s vision into reality through structured execution and cross-functional alignment.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the founder to define strategic priorities, track key initiatives, and drive alignment across departments.Project Management: Lead mission-critical projects, often cross-functional in nature, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder buy-in, and measurable outcomes.Founder Enablement: Act as a thought partner and force multiplier for the founder—preparing briefs, consolidating insights, managing follow-ups, and optimizing time.Cross-Functional Liaison: Interface with engineering, product, operations, and GTM teams to ensure clear communication and execution of founder-led initiatives.Data-Driven Decision Support: Translate complex technical and business inputs into actionable insights. Build dashboards or brief reports to enable swift, informed decisions.Meeting & Communication Management: Own the structure and content of leadership meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-ups.Culture & People: Be a cultural ambassador by maintaining high accountability, trust, and integrity across leadership and broader teams.What We’re Looking For:3–5 years of experience in strategy, operations, product, consulting, or early-stage tech startupsEngineering or technical background preferred; strong comfort working with technical founders and engineering teamsProven experience driving high-impact, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills—both verbal and writtenAbility to distill complex topics into structured insights and actionable outcomesStrong bias for execution, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh emotional intelligence with the ability to influence without authority
