The candidate will be located in Pune, with the possibility of working from home for part of the time as per company requirement. The New Business Development role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing business plans, meeting sales targets, and managing client accounts. The role also includes building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building strong client relationships.Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and research potential clients and markets.Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.Qualify leads and assess their potential for business. Sales & Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.Negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets.Prepare and submit proposals and contracts.Market Analysis & Strategy:Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Develop and implement strategic business development plans.Provide feedback to the product/service development team based on market insights.Reporting & Tracking:Maintain daily accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.Prepare weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline status.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).Networking and Events:Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.Represent the company professionally and build brand awarenessQualificationsNew Business Development, Business Development, and Sales skillsExperience in Business Planning and Client ManagementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExperience in the advertising and marketing industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
