This is a WFO role located in Pune.Here's what you'll do: Balance individual tasks with recruitment responsibilities. Contribute individually. Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare clients. Understand and meet client staffing needs with tailored solutions. Oversee delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment. Develop and implement recruitment strategies for top healthcare talent. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client satisfaction. Experience in hiring TN, LPN, RNs. Proper knowledge and experience of working on healthcare recruitment.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of US Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting experience.Hiring and Customer Service skillsStrong Communication skillsExperience in healthcare recruitment is mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related fieldAbility to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
