We aim to revolutionize the menstrual health and sustainable apparel categories. Over the last 5 years, we have made a strong presence in e-commerce with our flagship product GoPadFree Reusable Leakproof Period Panty. After a successful Shark Tank appearance, we are scaling up and looking for a reliable, experienced professional to manage our finance and admin operations.Role Description:This is a critical, full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Finance and Administration Manager at HealthFab. The role involves handling daily accounting, statutory compliance, vendor payments, financial reporting and internal governance, while also overseeing office administration and documentation. Salary as per market standards.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & CompliancePrepare Monthly Salary and other statutory paymentsLead end-to-end accounting, audits, tax filings and statutory compliancesStay updated with Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, MCA, PF, ESIC and other regulationsRespond timely to business, financial and regulatory queriesCash Flow & TreasuryManage working capital, optimize cash flows and maintain financial healthManage and track vendor invoices, payments and TDS deductions.Periodically reconcile platform payments and receivablesReporting & AnalysisDrive monthly, quarterly and annual financial reportingCoordinate with external partners like auditors, legal advisors, tax consultantsSystematic record keeping of financial reports and invoicesDrive finance tech adoption (Tally/Zoho/ERP) and process digitizationStrategic Financial PlanningParticipate actively in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processesSupport founders with key financial insights and decision-makingPrepare MIS, board reports, investor updates and cash flow statementsAdministrative ActivitiesEnsure strong internal controls and governance practices across operationsManage end-to-end documentation and record-keeping for compliance and auditsOversee day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth functioningServe as the go-to person for all official paperwork, coordination and operational tasksAssist with onboarding processes for new employees and vendors, ensuring timely documentation and supportHandle banking relationships and regulatory auditsKey Requirements:Educational Background: / / MBA (Finance) or relevant finance degrees with a strong grounding in accounting principles, tax, compliance and financial reporting.Experience:5+ years of post-qualification experience in handling end-to-end accounts, finance, and admin functions in a growing Startup or a mid-sized companyHands-on with compliance, reconciliations, payroll and accountingFamiliar with startup culture and working in a fast-paced environmentBonus points if you’ve worked with e-commerce/ D2C brands!Core Competencies:Trustworthy, detail-oriented and process-drivenAnalytical mindset with a bias for actionGood communication and collaboration skillsWork Location:Full-time on-site as from our office located in Singasandra, Bengaluru
