Job Title

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Architect with a strong portfolio in building design, interior design, landscaping, and urban rejuvenation projects including lake conservation and sports ground renovation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering comprehensive design solutions that are sustainable, functional, and aesthetically impactful.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and planning of residential, commercial, institutional, and public buildings from concept to execution.Provide detailed and innovative interior design solutions for a wide range of spaces, ensuring optimal use, aesthetics, and comfort.Design and execute landscaping and garden development projects for parks, townships, and institutional campuses.Participate in lakefront and lake rejuvenation/conservation projects, including environmental and recreational planning.Prepare proposals for the revitalization and enhancement of sports grounds, including layout improvements, seating plans, surface treatment, drainage, lighting, and utility provisions.Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.Conduct site visits for design audits, progress monitoring, and quality assurance.Prepare and present design concepts, working drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications.Collaborate with urban planners, government authorities, landscape architects, and environmental consultants for holistic project execution.Maintain detailed project documentation and contribute to timely project delivery within budget.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.Valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA), India.7–10 years of professional experience in building and infrastructure projects.Strong proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, and MS Office.Proven experience in: 1. Building and urban design 2. Interior design (commercial, institutional, and residential) 3. Landscaping and garden development 4. Lake conservation or rejuvenation projects 5. Designing or upgrading sports infrastructureExcellent understanding of sustainable design principles and green building guidelines.Ability to prepare BOQs, working drawings, and coordination drawings.Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.Experience in handling government projects or public sector clients is a plus.
