Job Description: Liaison OfficerPosition Overview:The Liaison Officer will act as the critical link between Bella Designs’ production unit, execution team,and vendors to ensure the smooth progression of interior design projects. This role involvescoordinating material procurement, quality checks, and project timelines while maintaining strictadherence to company standards and policies.Key Responsibilities:1. Coordination and Communication:o Serve as the bridge between the production unit and the execution team.o Provide regular updates on production progress and project timelines to the ProjectManager (PM).2. Material Management:o Ensure timely procurement and delivery of all required materials.o Address material discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.3. Quality Control:o Conduct QC checks at production and site execution stages.o Document and resolve any defects or deviations.4. Project Monitoring:o Prepare and track production and procurement timelines.o Conduct random site inspections and monitor project progress.5. Vendor and Documentation Management:o Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and compliance with agreements.o Execute and maintain records of client and vendor agreements.6. Safety and Compliance:o Ensure adherence to safety standards during production and execution phases.o Identify and resolve any safety or compliance issues.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 100% material availability as per schedule with zero delays. Zero defects in quality checks at production and site levels. Adherence to production and procurement timelines. Accurate and timely project reporting and documentation.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
