Our teams of optimists, entrepreneurs and first-movers coalesce around the needs of our clients, unlocking unique possibilities for sustainable value and lasting change.Learn more at:Summary:Job title: Senior UI DesignerLocation: MumbaiExperience: 1 to 2 yearsJob Description Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate effectively with Business Development, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure alignment of design with business goals.Conduct competitive analysis, interpret user data, and consider technical constraints to design intuitive, user-centered solutions.Create clear and engaging user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.Design high-quality illustrations and graphics for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity.Develop visually appealing assets using Adobe Photoshop and other relevant tools.(Bonus) Design Lottie animations for enhancing UI transitions and micro-interactions.Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.Perform UI/UX audits and usability testing to continuously improve and optimize existing designs.Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components for scalability and efficiency. Skills & QualificationsMust-Have:Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD for UI design and prototyping.Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and illustration design.Deep understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.Meticulous attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.Ability to create engaging and user-focused web and mobile UI designs.Experience in website design and development workflows.Good to Have:Experience with user research, persona development, and usability testing methodologies.Hands-on experience in creating interactive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.Knowledge of Lottie animations for web and mobile UI motion design.
