Location: Bangalore (Koramangala) - Experience Required: 4+ years Employment Type: Full-Time work Mode: Work from OfficeJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist with at least 4 years of experience in volume/bulk hiring to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within an IT consultancy or IT services company, and a proven track record in managing high-volume hiring mandates across technical and non-technical roles.Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for bulk hiring initiatives, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.Source candidates using a variety of platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, job fairs, campus drives, employee referrals, etc.).Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback collection.Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet fast-paced recruitment demands.Provide timely reports and updates on hiring status, metrics, and analytics.Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards during the recruitment process.Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when needed for support in volume hiring.Enhance employer branding through candidate experience, social media engagement, and campus outreach.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in bulk hiring, preferably in an IT services or consulting environment.Proven expertise in handling high-volume recruitment independently.Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and networking techniques.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using ATS and MS Office tools.Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis.Preferred:Experience in hiring for IT/technical roles.Exposure to onboarding processes and candidate engagement strategies.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefitsFast-paced, collaborative work environmentOpportunities for career growth and advancementWork with a supportive and high-performing HR team
