We bring you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to disrupt the 500-year-old industry with technology at its core.We urge you to refer to the below to understand how we are changing the restaurant industry beforeapplying at Rebel Foods.–● Excellent leadership and management skills● Excellent interpersonal skills● Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members● Excellent organizational and follow-up skills● Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision making● Commercially aware● Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities● A self-starter, motivated and able to positively motivate others● Focused and target drove with a positive, can-do attitudeRole and Responsibilities –● Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Maintenance activities.● Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.● Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation● Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues● Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure the functionality● Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities● Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors, etc.)● Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary● Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance● Manage relationships with contractors and service providers● Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities● Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.● Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensure compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects.● Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements.● Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management.● Ensure an effective interface with other departmental staff is maintained.● Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of the site '● Visit kitchens to check proper and smooth routine.The Rebel CultureFinally, but most importantly, Rebel is not a usual workplace.
