The Director, Nikhil Bhatia, has a rich exposure in beauty, cosmetics, and marketing that resulted in the launch of his group beauty and skincare brand under "Kanvar Probio Pvt Ltd."Job Responsibilities of Brand Executive:1. Social Media Management:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.Create high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, to share on various social media platforms.Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages promptly.Analyse social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.2. Influencer Marketing:Identify and collaborate with international influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.Track and measure the performance of influencer campaigns.3. Brand Development:Create engaging branding decks and presentations to communicate our brand story effectively. Collaborate with the design team to develop brand guidelines and visual assets.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.4. Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including media, agencies, and partners.Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on brand messagingPreferred Qualification:Experience with Beauty/Wellness brands is a plus.Certification in Social Media or Digital Marketing is preferred.Previous experience in a similar industry is advantageous
