We build elite drone operators and deploy advanced UAV technology to drive efficiency, safety and innovation.Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced DGCA authorised Drone Instructor in Small Class of Drones to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background (degree from a recognized university), experience in imparting Drone education, and a knack for teaching and inspiring students. This role involves designing and delivering DGCA curricula, conducting workshops and handling Training and Instructional duties at our RPTOs. Candidate should have successfully undergone DGCA approved train the trainer program on the Rotorcraft category and Small class of Drones. Candidate should be a valid DGCA-certified RPAS Instructor/ Master Instructor / Trainer on the Rotorcraft category and Small class of Drones. Responsibilities:To carry out RPAS training in his organisation in accordance with the syllabus prescribed by DGCA.To maintain of the training records. and documents as per the prescribed guidelines of RPTO, DGCA and other regulatory authorities.To implement competency based training program of our RPTO and ensure standardization of the training procedures.To check effectiveness of RPTO training program and offer suggestions to improve the same.To ensure implementation of DGCA directives with respect to RPAS training issued from time to time.To develop lesson plans, study materials and presentations to support workshops and courses at our Organisation.To carry out evaluation and testing of Competency of trainees in theoretical knowledge, lab-training sessions, simulator as well as practical flying sessions.To ensure that all RPA operations are conducted in accordance with the extant Acts, Rules, Circulars and Guidelines.  To conduct engaging workshops and courses, showcasing excellent presentation and public speaking skills.To actively market our courses and workshops to educational institutions, promoting the benefits of drone technology education utilizing both offline and online modes of advertising.Occasionally travel to conduct workshops and training sessions in locations in North India especially Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.Special Requirement:Salary: Rs 5 Lakhs per annum to Rs 6 Lakhs per annum (based on experience) for full time position after RPTO is registered. Till the time RPTO application is under at DGCA, RPA Instructor (Small) postion will be on work from home basis and Rs 15,000 per month will be offered. RPA Instructor (Small) may have to visit RPTO on few occasions for DGCA inspection. All expenses will be borne by company.
